摘要: 分析了铝合金板材应用锌系磷化、钝化、硅烷、锆化等涂装前处理方式的特性机理,结合验证数据分析发现:与冷轧板相比,铝合金板材磷化电泳后磷化成膜不规则,产渣量较多,但电泳后各项性能相当。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the mechanism of several pretreatment methods including zinc-based phosphatization, passivation, silane and zirconium treatment, etc. for the aluminum alloy. Combined with validation data, it is found that the phosphate coating on the surface of aluminum alloy sheet is irregular and the amount of the produced slag is higher as compared with the cold-rolled sheet. However, the performance of the two types of substrates after coated by electrophoresis is similar.
