摘要: 在柴油机的喷涂过程中,为了避免产生喷漆死角,提升柴油机的喷涂质量。 本文介绍了一种柴油机混合喷涂工艺及设备组成,并结合集中输调漆系统在涂装线上的应用,对混合喷涂的工艺流程、系统组成、工艺参数优化、设备保养等进行了阐述,为同行提供参考及借鉴。 通过生产应用表明:该工艺不但能提高涂料利用率,降低涂料消耗,而且还能提高生产效率、增加整线自动化程度。

Abstract:
In order to avoid the dead angle during spraying process and improve the quality of film on surface of the diesel engine, this paper introduces a mixed spraying process and its related facilites/ meanwhile, describes the mixed spraying technology in terms of its process, system composition, process parameters optimization and facility maintenane via analysis of the application of the integrated coatings supply system in painting line. It is indicated that the mixed spraying process is not only useful for improving the coating efficiency and reducing paint consumption, but also improving the efficiency and automation of the whole production line.
