带油镁合金用耐高温涂料的研制

摘要: 选用酚醛环氧树脂、腰果油改性胺固化剂、增韧树脂、颜填料、助剂、溶剂等制备了一种对处理不彻底的底材表面有一定的容忍度,可在肉眼看不见的油污表面上使用的镁合金低表面处理耐高温涂料。讨论了增韧树脂、固化剂、固化促进剂、颜填料用量对涂料性能的影响。研制的涂料不仅具有良好的耐盐雾、耐湿热、耐霉菌等"三防"功能,而且涂层耐温、耐介质性能优异,满足海洋环境下飞机发动机镁合金零部件的维修需要。

Abstract: A new type of high temperature coating for magnesium alloy with low surface treatment was prepared using phenolic epoxy resin, cashew oil modified amine curing agent,toughening resin, fillers, additives, solvents as raw materials. This coating had certain tolerance with incomplete treatment surface, and could be used on the surface with invisible oil. The influence of toughening resin content, curing agent content, curing accelerator content and the dosage of fillers on the properties of coatings was discussed. The prepared coating could provide not only good resistance to salt fog, heat-humidity and mildew, but also excellent resistance to heat and medium, meeting the requirement of refurbishing the magnesium alloy for aircraft engine parts applied in marine environment.
