摘要: 通过乳液共混的方法制备了氯丁胶乳(CR)/纯丙乳液(AC)/松香酯乳液(RE)三元阻尼涂料。使用动态力学分析仪(DMA)对样品的阻尼性能进行测试,用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了体系相结构的变化。结果表明:CR与AC为部分相容体系,呈明显的海岛结构,当AC质量分数小于50%时,CR/AC的相容性随AC含量的减少而提高;RE提高了CR/AC共混体系相容性,缩短了阻尼峰间距,当RE质量分数大于50%时,体系存在单一阻尼峰;RE提高了CR/AC共混体系阻尼性能,当RE质量分数为58.3%时,体系阻尼峰值从0.48提高到1.34。通过调节各组分的比例可以获得满足不同使用要求的宽温域高阻尼材料,为阻尼材料的配方设计提供了思路。

Abstract: The damping coatings are prepared via emulsion blending from chloroprene rubber latex(CR)/acrylate emulsion (AC)/rosin ester emulsion (RE). The samples are investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and atomic force microscope (AFM). It is shown that CR/AC is a partial miscible system showing sea island structure. When the content of AC is less than 50wt. % , the compatibility of CR/AC increases with decrease in the content of AC; RE can improve the compatibility of CR/AC blending system and shorten the distance between the tand peaks. When the content of RE is more than 50wt. %, the system exists a single tand peak; RE can also improve the damping performance of CR/AC blending system.When the content of RE is 58. 3wt. %, the damping peak of the system increases from 0.48 to 1.34. A series of damping materials with widened temperature range of damping can be obtained by adjusting the proportion of each component therein, which provides new ideas forthe formula design.
