摘要: 研究了复合悬浮剂的加入量为0.4%~3.2%,对醇基涂料的悬浮性、粘结性和高温抗裂性的影响规律。结果表明:加入一定量的复合悬浮剂比相同量的单一悬浮剂(锂基土或有机土)的效果更好。具体表现是:复合悬浮剂的悬浮性更好,涂料能维持72 h不出现明显的分层现象;随着复合悬浮剂加入量的增多,涂料的悬浮性增强,但黏度升高,高温抗裂性下降。

Abstract: The effect of composite suspending agent (e.g., 0.4%~3.2%)on the performance including suspending property, viscosity and high temperature crack resistance of alcohol-based coatings is analyzed. The results show that the performane of the composite suspending agent is better than the single suspending agent (e.g, lithium-bentonite or Organic-bentonite ) at the same dosage. The composite suspending agent shows better suspending property with no delamination occurred within 72 h, meanwhile, it can allow the resulted coatings to show improved suspending property, VIscosity and high temperature crack resistance.
