Synthesis and Properties of Fluorescence Waterborne Polyurethane

摘要: 通过向聚氨酯主链中引入荧光剂7-氨基-4-三氟甲基香豆素(AFC),制备了一种具有长期贮存稳定性的新型AFC基荧光水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU-AFC)。通过红外(FT-IR)、紫外(UV)、荧光光谱、粒径、热重分析(TGA)等对乳液及胶膜进行结构及性能表征。研究发现:WPU-AFC的荧光强度主要受"结构荧光猝灭"影响,而不是受"浓度荧光猝灭"影响;随着温度的升高,WPU-AFC和AFC的荧光强度均降低;相同条件下,WPU-AFC的荧光强度与AFC相比有很大增强,并且胶膜的热稳定性明显提高。

Abstract: A novel AFC-based waterborne polyurethane with a long-term storage stability was synthesized by incorporating the fluorescent agent 7-amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)coumarin (AFC) into the polyurethane chains. Structure of the WPU-AFC was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)and UV-visible absorption spectroscop. The fluorescence intensity and average emulsion particle size of WPU-AFC were also determined. It was found that the fluorescence intensity of wpu-AFC decreased with the increasing temperature and was enhanced compared with that of AFC. The thermal stability of WPU-AFC improved compared with the WPU without AFC group.
