摘要: 为解决管道焊缝的结构固强问题,研究了新型阳模消融剂、固强注浆液以及固强方法。用可消融材料包覆管道焊缝后形成阳模,然后在阳模外糊贴快凝材料将阳模完全包覆后形成阴模,阴模凝固后,再注入 m(二甲苯) ∶m(甲苯)= 10 ∶4的阳模消融剂消融阳模,往模腔内注入固强注浆液环氧树脂防腐涂料将模腔充满充实。 研究表明,此防腐工艺操作简便灵活,从根本上解决了管网系统的防腐防水、结构固强问题。

Abstract: In order to solve of the problem of pipeline weld corrosion, which further caused the reduction of structure strength, a new male mold dissolving agent, reinforcement casting slurry and reinfoencement process has been developed. Dissolvable materials was used to cover the pipeline weld area forming a male mold, and then a quick setting materials were coated outside the male mold completely, forming a female mold. After solidification of the female mold, dissolving agent that contains xylene and toluene at a riao of 10: 4 was injected to dissolve the male mold. After the male mold was dissoved and discharged off, a reinforcement slurry of epoxy resin anti-corrosion coatings was injected in and the hollow cavity was fully filled and reinforced. It was shown that this corrosion protection process was easy and flexible,which fundamentally solved the problem of anti-corrosion, waterproof, and reinforcement of pipeline network system and provided a new solution for the security application of ecological pipeline network of water system.
