摘要: 采用乳液聚合法制备出环氧树脂接枝改性苯丙乳液(EP-SA),重点研究了2种不同相对分子质量的环氧树脂对接枝效率、接枝共聚物相对分子质量、乳液粒子粒径及其分布、粒子形貌、乳液涂膜耐水性的影响,结果表明:E-20环氧树脂改性苯丙综合性能更好。采用氧化还原后聚合处理以及水合肼转化后处理方法,成功地将EP-SA的残余单体浓度控制在30×10-6 以下。

Abstract: An epoxy modified styrene-acrylate(EP-SA)emulsion was prepared via emulsion polymerization. The effect of epoxy with different molecular weight on grafting ratio, molecular weight of graft copolymer. the particle size and distribution of emulsion, morphology and the water resistance of cured film was investigated in particular. The result showed that E- 20 epoxy modified styrene-acrylic emulsion had excellent comprehensive properties. The residual monomer concentration of EP-SA emulsion was successfully controlled below 30x10-6 via redox post-polymerization and hydrazine hydrate conversion post-processing method.
