摘要: 针对二氧化钛生产中风扫磨系统存在的问题,分析脉冲布袋除尘器制约产能的原因,提出解决减少停车时间的办法,制定并优化旋风分离器设计参数,从而提高分离效率,增加产能。

Abstract: Regarding to the problems in air swept mill system, the article analyzed the causes that limit the productivity in pulse bag filter, and proposed a solution to reduce parking time, and optimized the design parameters of cyclone separator improving the separation efficiency and increasing productivity.
