摘要: 针对海洋腐蚀对海洋工程的影响及防腐蚀的意义,详细论述了海洋防腐涂料的种类、性能、要求,国际海工防腐标准对涂层配套的技术要求和试验指标,对当前长寿命、低表面处理、高固体分、无溶剂、水性化、环保低毒等海洋防腐涂料的研究重点及进展进行了介绍,分析了海洋防腐涂料应用现状及存在的问题,探讨了长寿命防腐涂料和高耐久复合涂层体系,提出了同寿命涂层设计理念。针对与国外的差距,提出了我国应加强基础性研究以及人才培养的建议。

Abstract: Regarding the impact of corrosion on marine engineering and importance of corrosion protection, this article discussed in detail the types, performance, requirements, of marine anticorrosion coatings and techmical requirements international standard of marine coatings and test specifications. It also described he research focus and progress of marine coatings, such as long service life, low tolerance treatment. hichid coatings, solventless, water-based, non-pollution and polyurea marine coatings. The current marine anticorrosive coating application and existing problems were analysised, particularily the long service life anti-corrosion coatings and high durability composite coating systems, proposing the equal service life design concept of coatings with equipment. In view of the gap with foreign countries. it recommened to strengthen nasic research, integration of coatings and painting and personnel training.
