摘要: 针对纯丙乳液耐水性差的问题,将阴离子、非离子、反应型乳化剂进行复配,分别引入 γ-(甲基丙烯酰 氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷 2种硅烷偶联剂,制备了四元共聚的具有交联结构的纯丙乳液,通过 FT -IR、TEM对乳胶粒的结构进行了表征。结果表明:2种偶联剂的最合适用量都为 1%,乳液最低吸水率为 1.4%,吸水
率降低效果明显

Abstract: In connection of the poor water resistance of pure acrylic emulsion, a crosslinkable quadri copolymerized acrylic emulsion was prepared by use of y- methacryloxy propyl trimethoxysilane and vinyl trimethoxy silane as silane coupling agents and compound surfactants of anionic, nonionic and reactive emulsifier.The structure of emulsion was characterized by FTIR, TEM. The results showed that the proper level of two kind of coupling agents were 1%, the minimum water absorption of emulsion was down to 1.4%.
