摘要: 以可再生的物质资源松节油、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为原料,合成了一系列紫外光固化松节油聚氨酯丙烯酸酯聚合物,研究了加料方式、原料配比、溶剂等对其流变行为的影响。实验结果表明,以丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)先与异氰酸酯反应,后加松节油聚酯多元醇(TP)的加料顺序,n(TDI)∶n(TP)∶n(HPA)=2.5∶1∶2.7,选用丁酮为溶剂,可合成具有优良流动性和光固化性能的松节油紫外光固化树脂(TPUA)。

Abstract: A series of Uv-curable polyurethane acrylate polymers have been synthesized. The effect of molar ratio of raw waterials, feeding ways and solvents on the rhealogigal behavior was studied respectively. It showed that a Uv-curable resin with good fluidity and curing performance was synthesized based on turpentine polyester polyol(TP),TDI,HPA buy a unique feeding process, in which HPA was reacted with TDI first then incorporated with TP.
