摘要: 六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)缩二脲为脂肪族聚氨酯固化剂,因其无芳环结构,广泛用于具有良好耐候性和保光性的聚氨酯涂料。文章综述了国内外HDI缩二脲合成工艺与表征方法的研究进展,详细介绍了气相色谱、高效液相色谱、红外光谱、凝胶渗透色潜、质谱和核磁氢谱等6种测试方法在该领域的应用,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较,提出了一套表征HDI与活性氢物质反应产物组成和结构的测试方法,为高校研究和企业开发产品提供了参考。

Abstract: Hexamethylene isocyanate(HDI)biuret has been widely used in polyurethane coating with excellent weather resistance and gloss retention because there is no aromatic ring in HDI biuret. The research progress at home and abroad in the preparation and characterization of HDI biuret were reviewed. The main testing methods in this field were introduced in details, including gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also compared. A set of methods was proposed to characterize the composition and structure of the reacted product of HDI compounds with active hydrogen, it provided a guide for product research and development in universities and companes.
