摘要: 针对石油平台、石化设施钢结构防火要求,开发了一种可用于户外恶劣环境下保护钢结构耐烃类火灾的环氧膨胀型防火涂料。探讨并表征了2个影响膨胀层隔热性能的因素:结构质量和膨胀倍率。试验结果表明:添加14%的抗白化剂,有效地提高了膨胀炭层的强度;添加15%的膨胀控制剂可以获得较好的隔热膨胀层。对自制样品和进口产品防火性能和其他理化性能测试比较,可知该产品综合性能达到国外同类产品水平。

Abstract: In order to satisfy the requests of fireproofing in offshore platform and petrochemical facilities, an epoxy-based intumescent fire retardant coatings was developed, which could be used in outdoors to protect steel structures in the case of hydrocarbon fire. Two influence factors for fire-retardant properties-compactness and intumescent thickness were characterized and discussed; Results showed that the foam consistency and fire-retardant properties were improved effectively when the content of ceramifyins agents and catalyzer was 14% and 15% respectively. Comparing the self-made and imported products in terms of their fire-retardant and physical properties, it indicated that the performance of domestic product has reached the level of similar product abroad.
