摘要: 研究了利用提钒尾渣经过热处理和改性,作为远红外涂料的填料,替代钴系列黑色颜料,通过配比设计,配制出远红外涂料,经过性能检测和节能试验表明该涂料性能优异、节能效果显著,适用于中高温工业窑炉。

Abstract: Vanadium tailings, after heat treatment and modification, was used as basic materials of fari—infrared radiation coatings, replacing the cobalt oxide black pigment. The coatings was formulated.The performance and energy-saving properties were tested.The results showed that the coatings had excellent performance and significant energy-saving effect, and was suitable for mid-temperature and high-temperatureindustrial furnace.
