含笼型倍半硅氧烷的无机 /有机杂化物对环氧树脂的改性

Modification of Epoxy Resin by Cage Silsesquioxane Inorganic/Organic Hybrid Materials

摘要: 将笼型八聚氨丙基倍半硅氧烷(NH-POSS)与正丁基缩水甘油醚(XY501)进行反应,合成新型无机/有机纳米杂化物(DRT),用此杂化物对环氧树脂(E-51)进行增韧改性。对改性后环氧树脂的力学性能和热学性能进行了研究,发现所合成的杂化物对于环氧树脂的性能有较好的改善作用。

Abstract:

A new inorganic/organic hybrid nano material was prepared through the reaction of cage octa(aminopropyl silsesquioxane)(NH2 -POSS )with n-butyl glycidyl ether(XY-501). The hybrid material was used for improving tough and thermal properties of epoxy resin. The results showed that the mechanical and thermal properties of the epoxy resin were greatly enhanced by adding the inorganic/organic hybrid material to the system.
