摘要： 近年来，用粉末涂料涂装热敏性材质研究已经逐渐成为行业研究的重点，低温固化粉末涂料和 ＵＶ固化粉末涂料已开始应用于中密度纤维板（ＭＤＦ）的涂装。研究了低温固化粉末涂料及其应用于 ＭＤＦ上的涂装工艺，重点介绍了不同加热方式对 ＭＤＦ含水率、粉末上粉量等的影响。

Abstract: Recently, powder coatings for thermosensitive materials the highlight of powderave become coatings industry. Low temperature curing(ITC)powder and UV curing powder have already been applier for MDF( Medium Density Fibreboard ) A preliminary study of L TC powder and coating process on MDF were investigated. This article was focused on influence of different heating methods on the moisture content of MDF and powder utilization.
