摘要: 通过加入双官能团单体甲基丙烯酸 -β-羟乙酯(HEMA),采用溶液聚合法和原位乳液聚合法,把聚氨酯与丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和苯乙烯(St)等丙烯酸酯单体接枝共聚,合成了 PUA为壳、PA为核的聚氨酯 -丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液,研究了壳层 PA/PU、总 PA/PU、核壳比、BA/St、壳层 HEMA/PA和链转移剂含量对乳液制备过程、乳液及涂膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:PUA中的 PA、BA、St、HEMA、链转移剂和 DMPA与 AA中的—COOH的含量(壳层 PUA的质量分数)分别为 55.6%、25%、17.8%、9%、1%和 7%,核壳质量比为 1∶4时,复合乳液涂膜结构规整,各项性能较好。PUA胶粒的平均粒径在 100nm左右时,分布更均匀。

Abstract: The title polyurethane (shell-acrylate (core )hybrid emulsion was prepared by grafting polymerization of PUA and AA, BA and St and HEMA as bi-functional monomer in the process of solution and in-situ emulsion polymerization. The influence of PA/PU (shell), PA/PU(total), core/sell, BA/St,coatings film was discussed. The results indicated that when the mass ratio of the PA, BA, St,HEMA,chain transfer in PUA and - -COOH in DMPA and AA were 55.60, 25%, 17. 8%, 9%,1%and 7% re-spectively and core/shell ratio 1: 4 the hybrid emulsion film should regular structure and good performance. The puA particle size was around 100 nm with even distribution.
