摘要: 涂 料 在 自 然 曝 晒 的 条 件 下 进 行 老 化 ,需 要 很 长 的 时 间 ,不 能 快 速 了 解 其 老 化 失 效 机 理 ,采 用 人 工 紫 外 - 喷 淋的加速老化试验对醇酸体系和聚氨酯体系进行加速老化,利用 SEM、光泽度仪和 FT-IR对老化的涂层进行分析表 征。结果表明,两种体系的老化失效机理是不同的,醇酸体系使用寿命低于聚氨酯体系的主要原因是其耐水能力较 弱,若能提高其耐水能力,醇酸体系的使用范围将会扩大

Abstract: Paint ageing will take a long time under the conditions of field exposure,their failure mecha- nism cannt be known quickly. Therefore the artificial Uv-condensation accelerated ageing test was used for alkyd and polyurethane systems, and the aged coatings were analyzed by using SE M, glossmeter and FTIR.The results showed that their failure mechanism were different. The shorter life of alkyd system than polyure-thane system was because of its weak water rsistance. If the water resistance of alkyd system can be im-proved,the use area of alkyd system will be expanded.
