摘要: 常用的非离子型化学改性水性环氧树脂因使用强腐蚀性的 Lewis酸作催化剂而对反应设备与操作带来不利的影响。本研究在不用催化剂的条件下,合成出新型化学改性水性环氧树脂 :首先用环氧树脂(DGEBA)对乙醇胺(MEA)进行扩链反应合成出 MEA-DGEBA加成物,其合适工艺条件为在 n(MEA)∶n(DGEBA)=2∶1情况下,反应温 度为 5°C,反应时间为 4h;然后用 MEA-DGEBA加成物对聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGGE)扩链反应合成出非离子 型化学改性水性环氧树脂 PEGGE-MEA-DGEBA加成物,其合适工艺条件为在 n(PEGGE)∶n(MEA-DGEBA)=2∶1 情况下,反应温度为 65°C,反应时间为 5h。实验结果表明所合成的新型化学改性水性环氧树脂能够良好地在水中溶 解分散,并具有良好的涂膜性能。

Abstract: The conventional nonionic waterborne epoxy resin was usually synthesized by chemical modifi-cation using strongly corrosive Lewis acid as catalyst, which caused negtive effect on reactors and operation.In this article, the novel nonionic type self-emulsified waterborne epoxy resin was synthesized without cata-lyst using diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A(DGEBA),ethanolamine(MEA) and diglycidyl ether of polygly-col(PEGGE)as raw materials: Firstly, MEA was reacted with DGEBA (2: 1 molar ratio)to form MEA-DGEBA adduct at 55 C/4 h; Secondly, MEA-DGEBA adduct as the chain extender was reacted with PEGGE(2: I molar ratio ) to form PEGGE-MEA-DGEBA adduct at 65 C/5 h. The modified waterborn epoxy resin has good water solubility and film properties.
