摘要: 通过对胶粉种类的选择,软化剂用量的调节,投料顺序、反应温度和时间等工艺条件的调试,将固态的橡胶粉转化为流动态,再通过多元醇酯化多余的小分子酸性物质,得到涂料用胶粉再生聚合物,并研究制备涂料产品的配方及工艺,推进了废轮胎橡胶的再生利用,减少了废轮胎橡胶所带来的"黑色污染"。

Abstract: The solid rubber powder was contented into fluid, through selection of the rubber powder types, the adjustment of the softener dosage, the sequence of the material charging, control of process conditions such as reaction temperature and time, which was then esterified with polyol to reduce excess small molecule acid. A set of formulations and technologies for preparationof renewable polyrcoatings products were obtained, which promoted the recycling of waste tyre rubber and reduced the"black pollution"caused by waste tyre rubber.
