摘要: 介绍了阴极电泳涂料基料树脂的制备方法,并将两种改性树脂以不同的比例共混,制备了稳定的阴极电泳复合乳液;通过测定混合树脂及复合电泳漆膜的凝胶含量,确定了复合乳液的最佳配方,电泳涂装漆膜具有较好的综合性能。

Abstract: In this paper, two base resins for cathodic electrodeposition(CED )coatings were synthesized. A stable compound emulsion for electrodeposition was prepared by mixing these two resins at various weight ratio. The optimum formula was obtained by measuring gel content of resin and electrodeposited(ED)films, and the ED films shows good comprehensive properties.
