摘要: 采用邻甲苯基双胍作为环氧粉末涂料的固化剂,测试了该固化体系的凝胶时间,采用差热 分 析 (DSC)研究了该体系的固化动力学参数,根据 Kisinger方程和 Ozawa方程,计算得出活化能分别为 70.36kJ/mol和 72.8kJ/mol,反应级数为 0.95。

Abstract: The reaction proeess of the curing system(epoxy/o-tolylbiguanide)was studied by DSC and carefullyanalyzed. Gel time of the system was tested. Based on the Kissinger and Ozawa equations, the apparent activation energy was calculated 70. 36 kJ/mol and 72.8 KJ/mol, respeetively. The reaction is 0.95 according to Crane theory.
