单宁酸改性UV固化涂膜的制备与性能研究

Study on the Preparation and Properties of Tannic Acid Modified UV Curing Coatings

摘要: 以单宁酸和异山梨醇作为原料合成了单宁酸基单体( TAM)和异山梨醇基活性稀释剂(ISD)并应用于 UV固化涂料中。通过核磁(1H NMR)、红外(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、动态机械分析仪( DMA)对单体的结构和涂膜的性能进行了表征分析,并研究了不同含量的 ISD对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:活性稀释剂在一定范围内能够优化涂层的性能,随着 ISD含量的增加,涂膜硬度、储能模量先增大后减小,当加入的 ISD质量分数为 50%时制得的涂膜 ISD 50性能最佳。

Abstract: Tannic acid-based monomer(TAM) and isosorbide-based reactive diluent(ISD)were successfully synthesized from tannic acid and isosorbide for UV-curable coatings.The monomer structure and coatings film properties were characterized by nuclear magneticresonace(1HNMR), infrared(FT-IR), thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA).The effect of different levels of ISD on film properties was investigated.The results showed that the reactive diluentcould optimize the performance of the coatings in a certain degree.With the increase of ISDcontent,the hardness,storage modulus and glass transition temperature(Tg)of the coatingsfilm increased first and then decreased.The coated film ISD 50 showed the best performancewhen the ISD mass fraction was 50%.
