摘要: 油气田钻井过程中会产生大量的固体废弃物,这些废弃物中含有大量的原油和化学助剂,处理起来十分困难,为了有效解决这一难题,合理利用资源,本研究从改性沥青防水涂料着手,通过把处理后的钻井固体废弃物替代部分无机填料,加入到非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料中,测定涂料性能的变化,进而探究钻井固体废弃物应用于非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料中的可行性。结果表明:该固体废弃物可完全替代无机填料,可有效提高涂料软化点和延度,对成品非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的低温柔性、热老化后低温柔性有很大程度的提升,降低涂料黏度使其更易于施工,而且可以改善涂料的延伸性、蠕变性和自愈性。由于性能富余过多,进而可优化配方减少苯乙烯 -丁二烯 -苯乙烯嵌段共聚物( SBS)改性剂用量,降低生产成本。研究将油气田固体废弃物引入到非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料中,解决该废弃物难处理问题的同时,提升了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的性能。

Abstract: In the process of oil and gas field drilling,a large amount of solid waste will be produced,which contains lots of crude oil and chemical additives,and is very difficult forhandling.In order to effectively solve this problem and rationally use the resources,the study started from the non-curable rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coatings,by using thesolid waste of drilling to replace part of the inorganic fillers in non-curable rubber modifiedasphalt coatings.The feasibility of use of drilling solid waste in non-curable rubber modifiedasphalt waterproofing coatings was further explored by measuring the changes of coatingsperformance.The results showed that the solid waste could completely replace the inorganicfillers,effectively improve the softening point and ductility of the coatings,as well as the low temperature flexibility and the low temperature flexibility after thermal aging.Reduction of theviscosity of the coatings might be helpful for application and improved the creep and self-healing performance of the coatings. Due to excess performance,the formulation could be optimized to reduce the amount of Styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS) modifier,then reduce the cost of production.The study on use of the solid waste of oil and gasfields drilling in non-curable rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coatings not only solvedthe problem of difficult disposal of the solid waste and also improved the performance of non-curable rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coatings.
