摘要: 采用菜籽油、巯基乙醇、丙烯酰氯为原料,通过巯基 -烯加成、酯化等一系列反应合成了菜籽油基多元烯化合物,使之与不同官能度的硫醇单体固化成 UV固化涂膜,探究了硫醇单体对 UV固化涂膜性能的影响。并探究了三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯( TMPTA)对菜籽油基 UV固化涂膜性能的
影响。通过核磁( 1 H NMR)、红外( FT-IR)、热重分析( TGA)、动态机械分析( DMA)对单体结构和涂膜的性能进行了表征。结果表明:随着硫醇单体官能度增加, UV固化涂膜的交联密度增大,铅笔硬度、模量、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、玻璃化转变温度也随之增大。另外,实验结果还证实了 TMPTA作活性稀释剂能提高菜籽油基 UV固化涂膜的机械性能和热稳定性。

Abstract: In this paper,rapeseed oil,mercaptoethanol and acryloyl-chloride were usedas raw materials to synthesize rapeseed oil-based polyene via mercapto-vinyl addition andesterification reactions with different functional thiol monomers. The effect of thiol monomers on the performance of UV-cured film was studied. In addition,the effect of trimethylol propane triacrylate(TMPTA) on the properties of rapeseed oil-based UV-cured film was alsoinvestigated. The structure of the monomer and the properties of the film were characterizedby 1 H NMR,FT-IR,TGA and DMA. The results showed that as the increase of the fuctionalityof thiol in the monomers,the crosslink density of the UV-cured film increased,the pencil hardness,modulus,tensile strength,elongation at break,and glass transition temperature of the UV-cured film were also increased. On the other hand,the experimental results also confirmed that TMPTA,as a reactive diluent,could improve the mechanical properties andthermal stability of rapeseed oil-based UV-cured film.
