摘要

【目的】为了满足建筑外立面装饰用外墙涂料对弹性、耐候性、低温柔韧性、耐沾污性等综合性能的要求。【方法】以聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,引入液体环氧树脂-硅烷共聚物改善有机硅强度,搭配少量气相二氧化硅,添加助剂、溶剂,制备了一种低黏度、高强度环氧-有机硅杂化弹性耐沾污涂料。【结果】所制备的涂料黏度为 3 610 mPa·s,拉伸强度为 3. 4 MPa,断裂伸长率 172%,耐冲击性 50 cm,磨损质量为 0. 016 g(500 g,500 r),耐沾污性达到 1级,对水泥纤维板附着力达到 0级。【结论】制备的环氧-有机硅杂化耐沾污涂料综合性能较好,在建筑外墙等领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

[Objective] This study aims to meet the comprehensive performance requirements ofexterior wall coatings for building facade decoration,including elasticity,weather resistance,low-temperature toughness,and stain resistance.[Methods]A low-viscosity,high-strength epoxy-silicone hybrid elasticstain resistance coating was prepared using polydimethylsiloxane as the base polymer. A liquid epoxy resin-silane copolymer was introduced to improve the strength of the silicone matrix,along with a small amount of fumed silica,additives and solvents.[Results]The prepared coating exhibited a viscosity of 3 610 mPa·s,a tensile strength of 3. 4 MPa,an elongation at break of 172%,an impact resistance of 50 cm,and a wear resistance of 0. 016 g(500 g,500 r). The stain resistance grade reached level 1.[Conclusion]The preparedepoxy-silicone hybrid stain-resistant coating demonstrates excellent comprehensive performance,and holds broad application prospects in building exterior and related fields.
