摘要

【目的】开发在宽温度范围具备高耐磨性和高刚性的水性阻尼涂层,以实现振动抑制与噪声吸收/消散。【方法】通过用不同质量分数的碳化硅(SiC)替代云母粉(A/B型)制备阻尼涂层,采用 ISO 6721-3悬臂梁法评估涂层的复合损耗因子,研究了 SiC对水性涂层阻尼性能的影响,并测试其耐磨性。【结果】用 SiC替代部分云母粉可使阻尼因子提高超过 30%,有效温度范围拓宽 5℃,并可以提高涂层耐磨性。【结论】SiC通过界面相互作用和孔隙填充效应增强了能量耗散效果,可显著提升水性涂层的阻尼性能和耐磨性,促进其在减震降噪领域的应用。

Abstract

[Objective] To develop high-performance water-based damping coatings with highwear resistance and high rigidity over a broad temperature range for application in vibration and noisecontrol—enabling vibration suppression and noise absorption/dissipation.[Methods]The waterborne damping coatings were prepared by replacing mica powder(type A/B)with silicon carbide(SiC)of different mass fractions. and the effect of SiC on the composite loss factor of the coatings was evaluatedusing the ISO 6721-3 cantilever beam method. The wear resistance of the coating was investigated.[Results]Replacing part of the mica powder with SiC increased the damping factor by more than 30%, broadened the effective temperature range of 5 ℃ and improved the wear resistance of the coating.[Conclusion]SiC significantly enhanced energy dissipation capacity through interfacial interactionsand pore-filling effects. This silicon carbide filling strategy can substantially improve the dampingperformance and wear resistance of waterborne coatings,promoting their development in the field of vibration and noise reduction.
