摘要

【目的】解决防护涂层在服役中因机械磨损、化学侵蚀导致的疏水性下降问题,通过将十八胺(ODA)封装于周期性介孔有机硅(PMO)中得到填料 PMO@ODA,实现涂层受损时 ODA响应释放并多次循环,赋予涂层疏水自修复功能,提升疏水性和防腐性能。【方法】一步法制备负载 ODA的 PMO@ODA填料。将 3% PMO@ODA掺入改性环氧树脂,制得 EP/PO复合涂层。涂层经刻蚀/打磨破坏后,80 ℃加热修复,通过电化学测试、盐雾试验等评估性能。【结果】EP/PO涂层水接触角 102°,疏水性良好。5次刻蚀-修复或打磨-修复后,水接触角稳定(刻蚀后 102°,打磨后 142°)。3. 5%NaCl溶液浸泡 28 d,低频阻抗模值仍超过 1010 Ω·cm2,金属基本无腐蚀;盐雾 30 d仅划痕轻微腐蚀。【结论】EP/PO复合涂层疏水性和防腐性能优异,ODA可响应释放实现疏水自修复功能,为涂层服役性能衰减问题提供有效解决方案。

Abstract

[Objective]To solve the problem of hydrophobicity degradation of protective coatings caused by mechanical wear and chemical erosion during service. Octadecylamine(ODA) is encapsulated in periodic mesoporous organosilica(PMO) to obtain PMO@ODA fillers. This fillers enable the coating to release ODA responsively even after being damaged several times,therebyendowing the coating with hydrophobicity self-healing function and improving its hydrophobicity andcorrosion resistance.[Method] PMO@ODA filler loaded with ODA was prepared by a one-potmethod. The EP/PO composite coating was prepared by incorporating 3%PMO@ODA into modifiedepoxy resin. After being damaged by etching or grinding,the coating self-repaired by heating at 80 ℃, then its performance was evaluated by electrochemical tests and salt spray test.[Results]The water contact angle of EP/PO coating was 102°,indicating good hydrophobicity. After 5 cycles of etching-repair or grinding-repair,the water contact angle remained stable(102° after etching-repair and 142° after grinding-repair). When immersed in 3. 5%NaCl solution for 28 days,the low-frequency impedance modulus was still over 1010 Ω·cm2,and the metal showed almost no corrosion;after 30 days of salt spray test,only slight corrosion was observed at the scratches.[Conclusion]The EP/PO composite coating has excellent hydrophobicity,self-healing ability and corrosion resistance. ODA can be released responsively to achieve hydrophobicity repair,providing an effective solution to the problem of performance degradation of coatings during service.
