摘要

【目的/意义】冰雪积聚在航空航天、风电、电力传输等领域引发严重安全隐患与经济损失,新型光热超疏水涂层通过“被动防冰-主动融冰”协同机制,显著提升防/除冰效率。【分析/评论/进展】根据光热转换机理及传热过程,从不同光热材料体系出发,对基于碳基材料、金属材料、半导体材料和高分子材料以及其他材料的光热超疏水防/除冰涂层进行详细阐述,讨论不同材料体系涂层的被动防冰性能和主动除冰性能,明确不同材料体系的光热超疏水防/除冰涂层的研究进展及现存问题,并结合当前材料科学、表面工程及智能响应技术的发展趋势,最后提出“动态适应性防/除冰涂层”创新设计理念。【结论/展望】通过对不同光热超疏水涂层的研究进展进行总结,明确光热材料对超疏水涂层的主动除冰起着关键性的作用,为未来防/除冰涂层的研究与发展提供一定的启示与参考。

Abstract

[Objective/Significance]Ice and snow accumulation causes severe safety hazards andeconomic losses in fields such as aerospace,wind power,and power transmission. Novel photothermalsuperhydrophobic coating significantly improve anti-icing/de-icing efficiency through the synergisticmechanism of“passive anti-icing and active de-icing”.[Analysis/Review/Progress]Based on the photothermal conversion mechanism and heat transfer process,this paper elaborates on photothermalsuperhydrophobic anti-icing/de-icing coating of different photothermal material systems,includingcarbon-based materials,metallic materials,semiconductor materials,polymer materials,and other materials. The passive anti-icing performance and active de-icing performance of coating with differentmaterial systems are discussed. The research progress and existing problems of photothermalsuperhydrophobic anti-icing/de-icing coating with different material systems are clarified. Combinedwith the current development trends of materials science,surface engineering,and intelligent response technology,the innovative design concept of“dynamically adaptive anti-icing/de-icing coating”is finally proposed.[Conclusion/Prospect] With summarizing the research progress on different photothermal superhydrophobic coating,this study clarifies that photothermal materials play a crucialrole in the active deicing of superhydrophobic coating,thereby providing valuable insights andreferences for the research and development of anti-icing/deicing coating in the future.
