【目的】测试纳米陶瓷涂料的耐霉菌性及抑制肠道病毒和新型冠状病毒的作用及机制。【方法】以无抗病毒作用的灭菌金属板为载体，采用聚硅氧烷水性化技术和纳米常温成瓷技术制备长效自消杀纳米陶瓷涂层。分别以 8种霉菌和 2种病毒为代表，对涂层及老化后涂层进行耐霉菌、抗肠道病毒（ EV71）和新冠病毒（Omicron BA. 5变异株）性能测试。【结果】纳米陶瓷涂层耐霉菌性等级为 0级（试验样品上不长霉菌），具有显著耐霉菌性；对肠道病毒和新型冠状病毒有明显的抑制作用，抑制率均 >99. 00%；其老化后涂层抑制率也均 > 99. 00%。机制研究结果显示纳米陶瓷涂料通过降低肠道病毒 C4a基因及 VP1蛋白的表达，抑制其吸附和穿入宿主细胞过程；纳米陶瓷涂料可降低新冠病毒 S、E、N基因和 S及 NP蛋白的表达，从而干扰其与宿主细胞结合并阻止其在宿主细胞内复制。【结论】长效抗菌抗病毒纳米陶瓷涂层具有显著耐霉菌性、抗肠道病毒及新冠病毒性能，提供了长效、广谱、环保的抗菌抗病毒涂层方案，为高感染风险场景表面处理提供了新途径，使涂层从被动防护向主动干预升级。

［Objective］To evaluate the mold resistnce and the inhibitory effects and mechanismsof nano-ceramic coatings against enteric viruses and the Omicron BA. 5 variant of coronavirus.［Methods］A sterilized metal plate with no antiviral effect was used as a substrate，the long-lastingself-sterilizing nano-ceramic coating was prepared by using the polysiloxane aqua-based technologyand nano room-temperature ceramization technology. The properties of mold resistnce，anti-enterovirus（EV71）， and anti-coronavirus（Omicron BA. 5）of the coating and its aged version were tested using 8 types of mold and 2 viruses.［Results］ The nano-ceramic coating demonstrated excellent mold resistnce，with the mold resistnce grade of 0（no mold growth on the test sample），and it had significantinhibitory effect against enterovirus and coronavirus with the inhibition rate >99%. Even after aging，the coating still showed an inhibition rate of >99% against enterovirus 71 and coronavirus. Immunofluorescence assays and quantitative fluorescence PCR indicated that the nano-ceramic coatingreduced the expression of C4a genes and VP1 proteins，thereby inhibiting enterovirus from adsorption and penetration into host’s cells. It also lowered the expression of S，E，and N genes and S and NP proteins，damaging the coronavirus surface structure，disrupting its binding to host’s cells，and blocking its replication within host’s cells.［Conclusion］The long-lasting antibacterial and antiviral nano-ceramic coating exhibited significant mold resistnce and antiviral properties against enteroviruses andcoronavirus. It provides a long-lasting，broad-spectrum，and eco-friendly antibacterial and antiviral coating solution，offering a new approach for surface treatment in the high-risk infection scenarios andupgrading coatings from passive protection to active intervention.
