为克服目前弹性地坪涂料在耐黄变、低毒、耐磨、耐水等性能方面所存在的问题，本文以一种低黏度 HDI缩二脲 HB-200和改性蓖麻油聚酯树脂为原料，与适合的颜填料以及助剂配伍，开发了一种具有耐黄变、耐磨、高弹等优良性能的无溶剂双组分弹性地坪涂料。研究了不同类型 HDI固化剂和改性蓖麻油聚酯树脂对涂层各类性能的影响，确定了产品配方工艺。结果表明，改性蓖麻油聚酯树脂 JL C330和 HB-200制备的弹性地坪涂料，具有优异的耐黄变、弹性、耐磨、耐水等性能。

In order to overcome the current issues of the yellowing resistance，low toxicity，wear resistance，water resistance and other performance in current elastic floor coatings，a two-component elastic floor coatings with excellent performance of yellowing resistance，abrasion resistance，high elasticity had been developed. By using the low viscosity HDI biuret（HB-200）and modified castor oil polyester resin as raw materials，combined with suitable pigment，filler and additives. The effects of types of HDI curing agent and modified castor oil polyester resin on various properties of the paint film were investigated，and the product formulation
process was determined. The results showed that coatings prepared from modified castor oil polyester resin JL C330 and HB-200 has excellent elasticity，abrasion resistance，water resistance and other properties.
