脱硫石膏 -碱矿渣隧道防火涂料性能及机理研究

摘要

为了研究激发剂种类对脱硫石膏 -碱矿渣隧道防火涂料( DGAC)性能的影响机理,固定碱掺量为 4%,碱矿渣水泥掺量为 20%,探究激发剂种类,即 CaO+Na2CO3、Ca(OH)2+Na2CO3、CaO+Na2SO4、Ca(OH)2+Na2SO4、NaOH,其所对应的 DGAC分别为 CNC、CHNC、CNS、CHNS、NH,对 DGAC干燥时间、凝结时间、干密度、抗压强度、耐水性及防火性的影响,并结合扫描电子显微镜( SEM)和 X射线衍射( XRD)揭示其机理。结果表明:在干燥和凝结时间方面,CNS>CHNS>CNC>CHNC>NH;在抗压强度和耐水性方面, CHNC>CNC>NH>CNS>CHNS,CHNC生成的絮状水化硅酸钙( C-S-H)凝胶较多,其与针状钙矾石交叉紧密,具有最好的耐水性和抗压强度;在防火性方面, CHNS>CNS>NH>CHNC> CNC,CHNS和 CNS中的激发剂碱性较低,其生成的 C-S-H凝胶数量较少,且钙矾石的形态较粗,水化产物整体结构疏松,因此其抗压强度较低,但防火性较好。

Abstract

In this paper,in order to study the influence mechanism of activator type on the performance of desulfurization gypsum alkali-activated slag tunnel fireproof coatings(DGAC),with alkali content of 4% and AAC content of 20%,the effect of activator type,namely CaO+Na2CO3,Ca(OH)2+Na2CO3,CaO+Na2SO4,Ca(OH)2+Na2SO4 and NaOH,corresponding to DGAC of CNC,CHNC,CNS,CHNS and NH respectively,on the drying time,setting time,dry density,compressive strength,water resistance,and fire resistance of DGAC was explored,and the influence mechanism was revealed by SEM and XRD. The results showed that the drying and setting time was CNS>CHNS>CNC>CHNC>NH;the compressive strength and water resistance wereCHNC>CNC>NH>CNS>CHNS,and CHNC generated more flocculent C-S-H gel,which intersectd tightly with needlelike AFt and had the best water resistance and compressive strength;the fire resistance was CHNS>CNS>NH>CHNC>CNC,and the lower alkalinity of the activator in CHNS and CNS,a small amount of C-S-H gel was generated,the morphology of calcite was coarser,and the overall structure of hydration products became loose,therefore CHNS and CNS had lower compressive strength,and better fire resistance.
