环氧涂层在固化过程中容易出现微裂纹、缩孔、缝隙等缺陷，给腐蚀介质的渗透提供了路径，为了防止腐蚀介质渗透，从环氧树脂的分子结构设计出发，以 9，9-双（ 4-羟苯基）芴、双酚 A和环氧氯丙烷为单体，通过调节 9，9-双（ 4-羟苯基）芴的含量，制备了一系列含有二氮芴结构的自缓蚀环氧树脂。然后通过红外、核磁、元素分析等，确定制备的树脂结构与设计结构的一致性。最后通过附着力、耐盐雾测试和 EIS分析，探究其在海洋环境下的防腐性能。结果表明：二氮芴结构中的氮非配位电子和苯环的 π电子能够吸附于金属表面，同时与腐蚀初期的铁离子发生缓蚀配位，有效提升了环氧树脂与基材的附着力，在 3. 5%NaCl溶液中浸泡 60 d后阻抗值达 10⁶ Ω·cm²，且划痕盐雾测试中锈蚀产物下降明显，具有良好的综合防腐性能。

In the curing process of epoxy coating，micro-cracks，pinholes，and gaps inevitably appear within the coating，providing pathways for corrosive media to penetrate thecoating and corrode the underlying metal substrate. To prevent the penetration of corrosivemedia，the molecular structure of epoxy resin was designed，and a series of self-corrosion-inhibiting epoxy resins containing azafluorene structures were prepared by adjusting thecontent of monomers bisphenol A，9，9-bis（4-hydroxyphenyl）fluorene，and epichlorohydrin. The consistency of the prepared resin structure with the designed structure was confirmed byinfrared spectroscopy（FI-IR）， nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR）， and elemental analysis. Subsequently，the anticorrosion performance in a marine environment was studied through adhesion tests，salt spray tests，and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy（EIS）analysis.The results showed that the nitrogen non coordinating electrons of azafluorene structure andthe π electrons of the benzene ring could adsorb on the metal surface，and simultaneously formcorrosion-inhibiting coordination with iron ions at the initial stage of corrosion，effectivelyenhancing the adhesion between epoxy resin and the substrate. After immersion in a 3. 5%NaCl solution for 60 days，the impedance value reached 10⁶ Ω·cm²，and the corrosion products in the scratch salt spray test were significantly reduced，indicating excellent comprehensive anticorrosive properties.
