为解决传统分散剂在颜料分散体系中容易发生絮凝的问题，提出了一种简便的制备超分散剂的方法。将不同相对分子质量的聚醚胺通过亚胺法接枝到苯乙烯 -马来酸酐共聚物（ SMA）侧链上，制备了亚胺化苯乙烯马来酸酐（ SMI）超分散剂，研究了其对 TiO₂颜料的分散性能。利用红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、热重分析仪和差示扫描量热仪对分散剂进行了表征；通过测量 TiO₂在甲苯中的粒径和分散稳定性确定 SMI的分散性能。结果表明：成功制备了 SMI分散剂，当使用聚醚胺 D-2000改性 SMA时，制得的 SMI分散剂对 TiO₂悬浮液体系有良好的分散效果（ 48 h内基本无颗粒沉降），能够有效防止颜料颗粒聚集。

To solve the flocculation problem of traditional dispersants in pigment dispersion system，a simple method of preparing super-dispersant was proposed. Differentrelative molecular weights of polyether amines were grafted onto the side chains of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer（SMA） via imine method to prepare iminated styrene maleic anhydride（SMI） super dispersant，and its dispersion performance on TiO₂ pigment was studied. Infrared spectroscopy，nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy，gel permeation chromatography，thermogravimetric analysis，and differential scanning calorimetry were used to characterize the dispersants，and the dispersive properties of SMI were evaluatedby measuring the particle size and dispersion stability of TiO₂ in toluene solvent. The results showed that the SMI dispersant was successfully prepared，and when using polyetheramine D-2000 to modify SMA，the prepared SMI dispersant had a good dispersion effect on the TiO₂ suspension system（with almost no particle settling within 48 h），effectively preventingpigment particle aggregation.
