摘要

环氧树脂作为一种综合性能优异的热固性树脂在众多领域得到广泛应用,但是其固化后脆性大且断裂韧性比较低,六方氮化硼(h-BN)作为一种纳米填料与环氧树脂结合可以显著提高环氧树脂的各项综合性能,同时可以极大增强环氧树脂在实际应用中的潜力。文中首先系统介绍了 h-BN的结构与性能特点,以及常用的制备、改性与分散方法。其次,着重阐述了 h-BN作为纳米填料添加到环氧树脂中形成复合材料,其对于环氧树脂复合材料的热学、电学、机械以及防腐性能的影响,同时也对 h-BN增强环氧树脂各种性能的研究进展进行了阐述。最后展望了 h-BN/环氧树脂复合材料的发展与应用前景。

Abstract

As a thermosetting resin with excellent comprehensive performance,epoxyresin has been widely used in many fields,but it exhibits high brittleness and low fracture toughness after curing. Hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN),a nano-filler,can significantlyimprove the comprehensive performance of epoxy resin to enhance the application potential ofepoxy resin in practice. In this article,the structure,performance,preparation,modification and dispersion methods of h-BN were systematically introduced. Then the influence on thethermal,electrical,mechanical and anti-corrosion properties of epoxy resin composites usingh-BN as a nano-filler were mainly expounded. The research progress of the properties of theh-BN reinforced epoxy resin was also reviewed. And finally the development and applicationprospects of h-BN/epoxy resin composites were prospected.
