针对不同种类的功能型填料对无溶剂环氧涂层性能的影响进行研究，选择了云母氧化铁协同钙交换 SiO₂作为防锈填料来增强涂料的耐腐蚀性，沉淀硫酸钡配合陶瓷粉来增强涂料的耐磨性，在合适的颜基比下采用正交试验法制备出不同填料复配的无溶剂型环氧涂料。通过基础性能测试、电化学交流阻抗（ EIS）以及耐盐雾测试等，分析研究了复配填料的质量比对涂层性能的影响。结果表明：在成膜物质与填料的质量比为 3∶2，填充填料与防锈填料质量比为 1∶1，陶瓷粉与沉淀硫酸钡质量比为 2∶1，云母氧化铁与钙交换 SiO₂质量比为 3∶1时，制备的涂层在物理性能优异的同时，还拥有很高的涂层电阻，经 3. 5%NaCl溶液浸泡 3 000 h后，涂层电阻仍能保持在 6.486×10¹⁰ Ω·cm²，展现出了良好的耐腐蚀性。

This paper studied the influence of different kinds of functional fillers on solvent-free epoxy coating performance. Micaceous iron oxide and calcium exchange SiO₂ were selected as the antirust fillers to enhance the corrosion resistance of the coatings. Barium sulphate precipitated with ceramic powder were used to improve the wear resistance of the coatings，and solvent-free epoxy coatings with different filler compounds were prepared by orthogonal test method at the appropriate pigment/binder ratio. The effects of the mass ratio of the fillers on the coating properties were analyzed and studied by basic physical property tests，electrochemical impedance tests（EIS），and salt spray resistance tests. The results showed that the prepared coating possessed high impedance（R_c）along with excellent physical properties，at the mass ratio of film-forming substance to filler of 3∶2，filler to antirust filler of 1∶1，ceramic powder to precipitated barium sulfate of 2∶1，and micaceous iron oxide to calcium-exchanged SiO₂ of 3∶1. The coating impedance could still remain at 6. 486×10¹⁰ Ω·cm² after soaking in 3. 5%NaCl solution for 3 000 h，showing good corrosion resistance.
