为开发一种类真石漆麻石多彩涂料以替代或者部分替代真石漆，研究了不同种类保护胶及其用量、不同种类纤维素及其用量、不同种类连续相和基础色漆用乳液及其用量对麻石多彩粒子状态、成品性能的影响。结果表明：当保护胶 CH31用量为 0. 5%~0. 7%，纤维素 HE10K用量为 0. 9%~1. 1%，基础色漆用乳液 8027用量为 20%~25%，连续相用乳液 8081用量为 60%~65%时，制备的类真石漆麻石多彩涂料彩点粒子圆润饱满，彩点均匀分散，抗渗色性强，成品性能优异，在耐水性与耐沾污性方面优于真石漆，且装饰效果与质感能够达到与真石漆相似的效果。

In order to develop a kind of simulated stone like sesame effect multi-colorpaint to replace or partially replace stone paint. The effects of different kinds of protective gluesolution and their dosage，different kinds of cellulose and their dosage，different kinds of emulsion for continuous phases and basic color paint and their dosage on the state of sesameeffect multi-color paint and product performance were studied. The results showed that in theoptimal formula，the addition amount of CH31 was 0. 5%-0. 7%，the addition amount of HE10K was 0. 9%-1. 1%，the emulsion for basic color paint was 8027 and the addition amount was 20%-25%，and the emulsion for continuous phase was 8081 and the additionamount was 60%-65%. Under this process condition，the colored mottled stone dots produced were round and plump，with uniform size distribution，strong color penetration resistance，and excellent finished product performance. The simulated stone like sesame effect multi-colorpaint was superior to stone paint in terms of water resistance and stain resistance，and its decorative effect and texture could achieve a similar level as stone paint.
