聚氨酯涂料以其低温可固化并且优良的机械性能，在汽车保险杠清漆上的应用已经较为常见。本文综述了目前全球保险杠的各种涂装工艺的现状，包括底漆、色漆和清漆等涂装工艺流程。在此基础上，详细讨论了保险杠用低 VOC涂料涂装体系目前的研究现状，包括水性底漆、水性色漆以及低黏度清漆固化剂在整体涂装体系中的表现，最后展望了保险杠涂料在水性化底漆特别是可应用于多样化基材上的水性底漆和水性色漆的发展方向。

Polyurethane coatings have been widely used in automobile bumper clear coatdue to the low temperature curability and excellent mechanical properties. This paperdescribed the current status of various painting processes of bumper coatings worldwide， including primer，basecoat and clearcoat. Based on this，more details about low VOC coatings solutions for bumpers，including the performance of waterborne primer，waterborne basecoat and low -viscosity hardeners as cross-linker in clearcoat system was provided. Finally，the development trend of waterborne primer which could be suitable for multiple substrates andwaterborne basecoat for bumpers was prospected.
