根据干湿膜厚度比计算出液体涂料的体积固体分含量是最简单快捷测量液体涂料体积固体分的方法。分析了常规湿膜制备及干膜测量中存在的问题,介绍了一种测量平面型硬膜液体涂料体积固体分测试刮板基本结构、使用方法,并通过模型得出通过测量干湿膜厚度比来计算液体涂料的体积固体分数的方法,分别采用 GB/T 9272—2007(ISO 3233:1998)和“配方估算法”对比检测,采用本刮板及方法测定的液体涂料体积固体分含量具有较高的可靠性,具有简单、快捷方便和较高的精确度,同时适合超临界体积浓度涂料( CPVC)、超低黏度涂料及颜料易沉降分离涂料的体积固体分含量的测定,对涂料研究及生产、涂装管理、涂装成本控制具有实际应用意义。
The volumetric solid content of liquid coatings was calculated based on thedry-wet film thickness ratio,which was the easiest and fastest method to measure the volumetric solid content of liquid coatings. This article described the conventional wet filmpreparation and the problems existing in the determination of dry film,also provided the HOLFliquid solid coatings volume testing scraper structure and application method,and the dry andwet film thickness ratios was measured with a mathematical model to calculate the volume of a liquid coatings solid fraction. Compared to the test method specified in standard GB/T 9727— 2007(ISO3233:1998), the error by using this method for determination of volume solidcontent of a liquid coatings was less than±1%,which provided significant practical value for research and production,management of finishing,and finishing cost control.
