摘要

以正辛醇为原料,通过格尔伯特反应合成了羟值为 222 mgKOH/g的异构十六醇,以异构十六醇与 7个环氧乙烷加成,在碱性条件下反应生成异构十六醇聚氧乙烯醚 [C16H33O(CH2CH2O)7 H],最后与氨基磺酸反应制备了异构 .硫酸铵。最佳工艺条件为: n(醇醚) ∶n(氨基磺酸) =1∶1.35,反应温度 100 ℃,反应时间 3 h,尿素用量 3%(以总质量计)。测得其在n水溶液中的表面张力为 28.17 mN/m,CMC为 0.35 g/L,产品与液体石蜡混合后下层分出 10 mL水的平均所需时间 330 s。而市场同类进口产品的表面张力为 31.79 mN/m,CMC为 0.31 g/L,乳化性能 184 s。最后将该乳化剂应用于苯丙乳液,实验表明:碳链数 16、乙氧基加成数 7的乳化剂最适宜用于乳液聚合,其乳化剂用量为 0.45%,测得其粒径为 208.8 nm,吸水率为 10.09%。进口产品聚合的苯丙乳液粒径为 208.8 nm,吸水率 10.77%。

Abstract

In this paper,n-octanol was used as raw material to synthesize isomeric cetylalcohol by the Guerbet reaction,with hydroxyl value 222 mgKOH/g,which was adducted with 7 molecules of ethylene oxides at the presence of alkali,forming the isomeric cetyl polyoxyeth. ylene ether(C16H33O(CH2CH2O)7 H),which was then reacted with sulfamic acid to prepare anisomeric cetyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate. The optimum process conditions were:the mol ratio of alcohol ether and sulfamic acid is 1∶1. 35;the reaction temperature is 100 ℃;the reaction time is 3 h;the content of urea is 3% based on the total weight. The surface tension in the aqueous solu.tion was measured to be 28. 17 mN/m,CMC 0. 35 g/L,and the time required for the lower layerto separate 10 mL of water from the product after mixing with the liquid paraffin was 330 s. Thesurface tension of similar imported product in the market was 31. 79 mN / m and CMC 0. 31 g/L,and the emulsifying performance is 184 s. Finally,the emulsifier was used in the sty.rene-acrylic emulsion polymerization.The experiment results showed that the emulsifier with16 carbon chain and 7 ethoxy groups was most suitable for emulsion polymerization.The emul.sifier dosage was 0.45%,and the particle size was 208.8nm.The water absorption rate was10.09%.The styrene-acrylic emulsion particle size of the imported product was 208.8 nm and its water absorption rate of 10.77%.The results showed that the performance of the homemadeemulsifier was better than imported products.
