IMPP（注射成型聚丙烯）涂层是一种新型海管节点涂层，其耐高温、耐磨损、防腐性能好、施工自动化程度高、施工质量容易控制。这种涂层解决了高温海管节点防腐的难题，在中东等地应用广泛，但国内没有应用先例。本文介绍了某国外海管项目施工中的相关经验。 IMPP涂层的施工包括表面处理、 FBE（环氧粉末）喷涂、 CMPP（化学改性聚丙烯）喷涂和 PP（聚丙烯）注入等工序，使用的主要设备有循环磨料喷砂设备、中频加热设备、流化床、粉末喷枪、辐射加热设备、 PP注入设备等。

IMPP（Injection Moulded Polypropylene）coatings is a new technology for offshore pipeline field joints.It is featured by its high temperature resistance，high wear resistance，good corrosion resistance，high degree of application automation and easy control of application quality.IMPP has solved the difficulties of field joint coatings of high temperaturepipeline，which has been widely used on projects in middle east，but not used in China by now.The experience of applying IMPP on a foreign project by our company was introduced in thispaper.The application process of IMPP coatings included surface treatment，FBE（fusion bond epoxy）spraying，CMPP（chemical modified polypropylene）spraying and PP injection processes，and the main equipment used were closed cycle abrasive blasting equipment，induction heating equipment，fluidized bed，powder spraying gun，radiation heating equipment and PP injection equipment.
