阐述了城轨车辆及动车用金属闪光漆的研发及应用过程。金属闪光漆在整车涂装过程中较普通实色面漆更复杂。典型的城轨动车车体长度 18~23 m,高度 3m左右,施工面积大。在施工过程中出现的发花、色差等现象很难控制。本文研究了金属闪光底色漆、羟基丙烯酸树脂及醋酸丁酯纤维素等关键原材料及配制方法对其性能的影响。最终开发出了色差稳定、视觉效果好、高耐候且适合大面积喷涂的城轨及动车用金属闪光底色漆。该产品已经广泛应用于广州、深圳、乌鲁木齐等城市的城轨车辆及各型动车项目上。
This article described the development and application process of metallic basecoat for urban rail vehicle and EMU. Compare to solid color topcoat,the painting process is more complicated for metallic basecoat. A typical urban EMU train is 18~23 m in length and 3 m in height,with large areas to be coated. It was very hard to control the defects of flooding and color difference during the spray process. In this article,factors which related to the property of the metallic basecoat such as key raw material like hydroxyl acrylic resin and butyl acetate cellulose,formulation method were studied. The final metallic basecoat product showed excellent stability in color difference and visual appearance,high weatherability and could be sprayed easily in large surface area such as carbody of urban rail vehicles and EMU.Nowadays,the product has been widely used in several urban rail lines and EMU trains indifferent cities like Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Urumqi.
