为制备成膜性和可剥性良好,在化铣液中浸蚀比稳定的化学铣切临时保护涂料。本文采用苯乙烯对苯乙烯 -丁二烯 -苯乙烯( SBS)共聚物进行接枝改性,制得改性 SBS嵌段共聚物,提高 SBS的硬度和干性。以该共聚物为基体材料,配合增粘树脂、补强剂、填料、助剂等,制成化学铣切临时保护涂料。实验结果表明:该涂料刻线平直,胶膜硬度较高,干性好,剥离强度较低,满足航空化学铣切加工对浸蚀比的要求,综合性能接近国外某产品。
In order to prepare a temporary protective coatings for chemical milling withgood film forming property,good strippability and stable etching ratio in chemical milling liquid,a modified SBS block copolymer was prepared by styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) copolymer grafted with styrene,which could improve the hardness and dryness of SBS.Thecopolymer was used as the binder,mixed with the viscosity-increasing resin,reinforcing agent, fillers,additives,etc.to prepare the title temporary coatings .The test results showed that thecoatings could provided straight etch line,higher hardness,better drying and low peeling strength,meeting the requirements for the milling processing in aviation industry on theetching ratio,with comprehensive performance close to a products abroad.
