以氧化锌为催化剂,桐油为原料,采用催化水解法生产桐油酸,研究了水解温度、水解时间、催化剂的用量对桐油水解效率及桐油酸质量的影响并总结了废水处理的经验。当氧化锌用量为 2%、油水质量比为 1∶1,水解温度为 170 ℃时,一次性连续水解桐油 18 h,所得桐油酸的质量优良,且甘油废水易于处理,无污染物排放。
The tung oil fatty acid was produced through catalyzed-hydrolysis process withtung oil as raw material and ZnO as catalyst.The effects of hydrolysis temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the hydrolysis efficiency and the quality of the final product wereinvestigated,and the experiences on effluent water treatment was shared.When the dosage of ZnO,oil-water ratio,and hydrolysis temperature and reaction time were 2%,1∶1,170 ℃and 18 hours respectively,the quality of tung oil fatty acid obtained was excellent and desirable, and the waste water could be easily treated and no pollutants were discharged.
