摘要

介绍了轨道交通车辆用水性环氧底漆、水性聚氨酯中涂漆、水性聚氨酯面漆、水性聚氨酯底色漆和水性聚氨酯清漆的性能测试试验研究情况,选取了具有代表性的国内外轨道交通涂料厂商的水性涂料样品,着重研究了耐中性盐雾性能、耐紫外老化性能、有害物质含量和防火性能,并对这些性能做了对比分析和影响因素的机理探讨。所选样本基本代表了国内外轨道交通车辆用水性涂料的最高水平,为轨道交通车辆涂装行业向绿色环保方向转变提供了重要的数据研究基础。

Abstract

This paper has described the experimental research on waterborne epoxy primer,waterborne polyurethane intercoat,waterborne polyurethane topcoat,waterborne polyurethane basecoat and waterborne polyurethane clearcoat for rail transit vehicles,and the samples were selected from the representative waterborne coatings suppliers for rail transitvehicles at home and abroad,which were tested focusing on neutral salt spray resistance,UV resistance,harmful material content and fire retardant performance,and a comparative analysisof these properties and the mechanism of the influencing factors were also conducted.All thesamples selected in the study basically represented the highest level of waterborne coatings forrail transit vehicles at home and abroad,and provided an important research data basis for thetransition of rail transit vehicle coatings to green and environmental friendly systems.
