摘要

在各种防腐蚀的方法中,溶胶 -凝胶法是一种操作简单、环境友好、成本低廉的表面涂层制备技术,被广泛应用于许多金属材料表面的腐蚀防护上。文中介绍了全球申请人针对溶胶凝胶腐蚀防护涂层专利申请情况,分析了专利申请的技术功效分布,梳理了其在无机体系、有机无机杂化体系、复配树脂、功能助剂方面的技术演进路线,同时对该领域未来发展趋势进行了预测。

Abstract

Among various anti-corrosion methods,the sol-gel method is a simple surface coating technology which is easy to operate,environmentally friendly,and low in cost,and has been widely used for corrosion protection of many metal materials. This paper described theglobal applicant's patent applications for sol-gel corrosion protective coatings,analyzed the technical efficacy distribution of patent applications,and summarized its technologies in inorganic systems,organic-inorganic hybrid systems,compound resins and functional additives. The future development trend in this field was forecasted.
