研制了一种应用于集装箱的水性丙烯酸面漆。采用不同玻璃化转变温度的丙烯酸乳液作为成膜基料,添加颜填料和合适的水性涂料助剂,制备得到水性丙烯酸面漆。重点考察不同丙烯酸乳液比例、涂料颜基比、快干溶剂用量、增稠剂类型和种类以及消泡剂等对涂料性能的影响。通过正交试验,最终研制出综合性能优异的水性丙烯酸面漆,符合中国集装箱协会( CCIA)组织制定的 JH/T E08—2015《集装箱用水性涂料涂膜检验方法和验收标准》。

A waterborne acrylic topcoat applied for containers was developed. The waterborne acrylic topcoat was prepared by using acrylic emulsion with different Tg as film forming material,adding pigments and fillers and additives suitable for waterborne coatings.The effects of various proportions of acrylic emulsion,p/b ratio,amount of quick drying solvent,type and amount of thickeners,defoamer and other formulation parameters on the properties of coatings were emphatically investigated. Through orthogonal experiments,a water-borne acrylic topcoat with excellent comprehensive properties was developed,which met the technical requirements in the standard of JH/T E08—2015(Test method and acceptance standard for freight containers)prepared by CCIA.
