无溶剂绝缘防腐防水涂料的研发

摘要

采用聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂、助剂、绝缘导热填料、阻燃剂、憎水剂及颜料等制备了无溶剂绝缘防腐防水涂料 A组分,与脂肪族异氰酸酯 NX-100固化剂 B组分以质量比 4∶1配合制备了无溶剂绝缘防腐防水涂料。通过对树脂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、导热填料和憎水剂的筛选,该涂料可快速固化,绝缘性、导热性能优良,阻燃效果好,憎水性及防腐效果持久,机械性能优异,符合绿色环保涂料要求,满足在电力工业中的使用要求。

Abstract

The part A of solvent-free insulating waterproof coatings was prepared by using polyaspartic acid ester resin,additives,insulating thermal conductive fillers,flame retardants,water repellents and pigments,which was mixed with part B of aliphatic isocyanate NX-100 curing agent at a mass ratio of 4∶1. Through careful screening of resins,flame retardants,defoamers,thermal conductive fillers and hydrophobic agents,the coatings showed the advantages of fast curing,good insulation and thermal conductivity,good flame retardant effect,durable hydrophobic and anticorrosive performance,excellent mechanical properties,meeting the requirements of green environmental friendly coatings and the application requirements in the power industry.It is worth to be applied widely.
