摘要

近几年来,冷涂锌复合涂层体系在钢桥梁防腐中应用广泛,但在施工应用中发现仍存在很多问题。本文对冷涂锌复合涂层施工技术进行了总结,针对配套性和施工性方面存在的问题和缺陷进行分析,提出了优化改进建议。从涂料本身而言,需提高涂料的施工性能,解决冷涂锌涂料与中间漆和面漆的配套问题;就施工工艺而言,应选择合适的工艺参数以控制涂装质量。只有通过多方共同努力,才能避免因不能掌握关键因素和配套性能不好而影响涂层质量,导致涂层失效,使冷涂锌复合涂层体系同时满足防腐和施工的要求。

Abstract

In recent years,cold galvanizing composite coatings system has been popularized in corrosion protection of steel bridges,but there are still many problems in application.This paper summarized the application technology of cold galvanizing composite coatings,analyzed the problems and defects in compatibility and workability,and proposed some suggestions for optimization and improvement. Regarding the coatings itself,it was necessary to improve the application performance of coatings and to solve the compatible problems with intercoat and topcoat. In terms of the application process,the appropriateprocess parameters should be selected to control the quality of the coating process. Only through the joint efforts of many parties,can avoid the failure to find the key factors andundesired compatible performance that affect the quality of coatings system,leading to coatings failure. Only doing this way,the cold galvanizing composite coatings system can meet the requirements of corrosion protection and application.
